every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.This is when GGMRC members operate trains on the layout. Feel free to stop by and visit. This is the perfect time to meet some of the members, chat and to join the club!
Junior Engineer Day
every third Saturday of odd-numbered months, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.Children of all ages can try their hand at being an engineer on the Sierra Nevada & Pacific. With the help of club members, any child or adult can operate a model train over the Mountain Division of our layout.
The next Junior Engineer Day will be on Saturday, March 17, 2012.
For the membership:
Maintenance
every Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 9:45 p.m.No trains run; this is when we clean, build, and maintain almost 2,000 square feet of finished model railroad.
Business Meetings
every second Saturday of odd-numbered months, from 8:30 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the train room.The next Business Meeting will be Saturday, March 10, 2012. The Business Meeting is open to members and prospective members.
